Court court court the reason why so many people get away with things is because they make us go through so much bullshit trying to get justice. In the summer of 2012 my ex sent my bestfriend Angie a death threat towards me. It took months to go to court only it wasn't really court I mean you go to the place of justice building and go through these metal detectors then you wait gods knows how long to talk to a social worker then the prosecutor if you are not sure of what you want to do go for a trial or just keep the retraining order they send you away for another month or two and then its a similar situation all over where it will take up to 4 to 6 months to actually go to trial or anything else. I just went for my second time on the 11th of March and I was pissed off they disregarded me I wasn't even in for 2 minutes and I was sent out being told the date would be mailed to me unless I wanted to go into the court and find out. They also made Angie come for nothing since they didn't even talk to her. The justice system is corrupt he threatened to kill me and my only options are drop the charges and have the restraining order for 1 year and he will not have a criminal record sorry anyone who threatens to kill someone should have a criminal record this is how people get away with their crimes in the first place because there is no record of their violent behavior.
Second option is I go to trial and if for whatever reason he's not found guilty then I do not even have the limited protection of the restraining order though it's only for a year.
and if he loses it's not recorded either apparently what the hell is with that ?! but I think that would actually stay even if it's a mistrial.
I am finally in higher spirits where the baby plans are , I will now try to find a job at least part time. Though I do need to check in with my friend Ashley because I made arrangements with her to help take care of her son but I do not know if she's actually going through with getting back to work or what.

We have a petition going on at Change.org to rty and get the korean artist the protection they deserve similar to the new bill in the USA called the Steve Tyler bill. It's time they make it more of a hardship than a pleasure for the fans by punishing their rude and unmannered behavior.
I don't have much more than that to say really
