It's amazing how you can think you have completely gotten over something that happened so long ago, you never think of it,it never crosses your mind and then one day BAM! there it is tearing your insides open.
There are sometimes scars on your heart and you believe they are completely healed and smooth that they blend in with the rest of you that they add character to the person you have become, they give you experience and knowledge.
Even when you have moved past the things that caused the scars one day you wake and remember something something that made you believe in a better tomorrow then stole that hope away.
Pain is pain it doesn't matter if it's past pain or new pain having lived through pain it can always come back and invade your heart no matter how much you believe you have moved on.
Many people say and believe you never forget your first love.
I believe the reason behind never forgetting your first love is because when you lose that love it hurts so much, because it is your first time feeling such a feeling of love. First love is such an intense sense of love and you get so lost in it that when its over you are lost without it, left with nothing but the immense pain of not having it anymore.
When you remember the pain from that time of sadness it is easy to forget yourself, it doesn't even matter that you have a good new life.
You can have someone you love so much you would attempt to stop time for them , the past pain will still swallow you whole until you breath deeply and pull yourself together reminding yourself that you are not the person you were that you are strong and capable and that the person of the past can't hurt you or break you down anymore.

I totally understand what you mean...i like this blog so much. i used to think about my ex a lot even if it was just for a second, i would feel a bit of pain. BUT its all gone now....since i've finally found my only true love... someone who is different from all the women that i've been out with.
ReplyDeletesomeone who is slow to anger, faithful, loyal, trustworthy, caring, kind, gentle, cute, sweet, self sacrificing, unselfish, has a lot of patience, endurance, wiseness, wisdom, someone who doesn't get annoyed with you no matter how much you forget her words, she would remind u with a smile on her beautiful face...no matter how much you are down or depressed...she won't get annoyed with you, she would always try and raise you if you fall...
Someone who would cry with you...someone who doesn't get ticked off when ur weeping...but holds u tight to wipe those tears away from u eyes...someone who would always try for you even if it were to take her own life away...someone who would make plans for you in the future...someone who will always try no matter what, not to hurt you...and the most important one is...someone who fears God and puts God 1st in her life...and does spiritual things.
This is what true love it, this person that I currently have right now possess all of them...how do i know? Cause I feel it, i've experienced it, she gave me all of this, she showed me all of it, so thats why I know that shes my only true love...none of my ex girlfriends had them all...there was always holes and flaws...and doubts ect
But the love that my true love has given me is perfect...if not 100%...but atleast 99.99%.
Thats why i have devoted myself to love her with all my heart, devoted to pray for her to be happy and fruitful in this life, and to be with her in paradise so then we can finally meet.
'HOPE'
this is what brings us together...the hope to see each other in another life...which we believe in and for sure will happen.
Although many people believe that it will never happen to us due to different views of religions ect..
However, I believe that if you really love, try, suffer and self-sacrifice for that person with all your heart.
Then you will prove to God that you are worthy, and you really want to have that person by your side in heaven. He would bless you and your only truelove, and somehow put you two together for eternity in paradise where there will be no more suffering.
If there was no hope to it and your gonna give up before the end, and you believe that its a deadend relationship...then that is not true love.
Although some relationships may seemed to be a deadend, it won't be if you believe in hope.
It won't end if you pray everyday to be with that person in a new life. Remember to always have hope and faith...
